Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloudAssetHub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CloudAssetHub. Your continued use of our platform indicates your acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Service Description and Availability

CloudAssetHub provides a unified cloud platform for digital asset management and network resource aggregation. Our services include data integration, automated ETL pipelines, and comprehensive asset management tools.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to store, transmit, or distribute illegal content, malware, or any material that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with other users' access to services, or using our platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Data Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing our services, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

CloudAssetHub and its services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit permission.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with our services are the property of CloudAssetHub or their respective owners.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

Service Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAssetHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CloudAssetHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination of this agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against CloudAssetHub.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
